What we collect and store – How long we retain your data

We collect information about you during the visit our website. While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Pages you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, Website visit statistics
  • Browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like creating charts of views, most used browsers, etc

We delete this information after 12 month.

This website uses LocalStorage to save the setting when Dark Mode support is turned on or off. LocalStorage is necessary for the setting to work and is only used when a user clicks on the Dark Mode button.

When you register for an event on our website, we collect and process the following personal data:

  • University
  • Main subject/study area
  • Whether you have participated in the event before

We store your personal data for the duration of the event and for a reasonable time afterwards (but not longer them 12 month), in case we need to contact you about any follow-up activities related to the event.
